A northbound train on the Metro Rail Transit-3 line broke down past 7 a.m. on Monday, according to a report by Allan Gatus on Dobol B sa News TV.

The train doors malfunctioned while the train passed between the Magallanes and Ayala stations.

As a result, provisional services were put into effect at 7:25 a.m. from North Avenue to Shaw Boulevard.

Regular services were restored by 7:39 a.m.

The unit that had malfunctioning parts is still undergoing maintenance repairs. —Rie Takumi/KG, GMA News
